Who can practice Yoga?

Anyone can practice Yoga, anybody of any age, as it is not limited to a specific age range. Even old and sick people can practice it normally. However, they should inform their instructor about any disease condition before the class. In addition, it may be practiced anywhere, as it does not need a special equipment or place. All you need is the will to achieve and reach a healthy and happy life through your fitness. Yoga postures exercise all the muscles in your body, even the muscles of your internal organs. The stretching you perform during your Yoga exercise, tones the muscles and the joints, too. Yoga improves your body and your health, too, by keeping your glands and nerves functioning perfectly. In addition, you release physical and mental stress by practicing it. Pranayama (breathing exercises) helps you to control your mind, making you feel calm, peaceful and freshened up. The combination of this with the practicing of positive thinking and meditation will result in increased clarity, mental power and concentration.
